Steering Box

Since my steering box was leaking so bad, I decided to go and take it 
off with the hope of replacing the seals and/or box if necessary.  All 
of the bolts were easy to get loose but I am stuck in the situation of 
having it stuck in there because of the steering gear arm. My problem 
is ...... how do you remove the steering gear arm from the steering 
box?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
