A friend interested in subscribing

Hey,

I've got a friend who, after getting a good look at my little roadster, has
decided to buy one for himself.  Unfortunately, he cannot find what he wants
and I suggested he subscribe to 'the list'.   How, specifically, does he do
this?

And, if you have or know of a decent 2000 in the Seattle area - let me know -
I'll send him your info
