The Harley folks use something called 'sloshing compound', to both coat the inside from corrosion and plug any micro-holes in the welds on custom tanks and restored old ones. Might be easier to find than the POR stuff, and any repair shop has used it so will probably have good 'practical' instructions. Fergus O, 69 2000, HB, CA |
