correct wire hookup

Hi,

On a srl 2000

can anyone simplify for me the correct hook up of the coil + and - wires  ,,
resistor, and distributor.

in other words --- wires coming to resistor from where . and going to + -
etc coil  then coil to distributor

mine are difficult to see correct setup even though i have the car running,
not sure

had some smoke at the coil at first,,,???

its probably ok but need to know the correct of wires to and from,,
