Pat,

Well, that was easy enough...  Went to parts store after my post, got some 
more fuses, installed, and ... the lights work fine.

The strange thing is that close inspection of the fuse revealed NOTHING that 
looked like a break.  I guess the moral is .. try the fuse first.  You were 
right, it was a single source - the fuse !

I'm moving on to bigger things ..my horns.  The horns work and I know the 
relay works. I hooked with the horns and relay up independantly of the wiring 
harness & they worked fine. The horn lead works OK from the relay.   I've got a 
problem with either my hot lead or ground lead.  

I'm going to try & track down what's wrong.  I suspect that it's the ground 
lead on my new steering wheel.
