Sounds like fuel problem. Change the filter, and make sure there's no crap
in the tank. If the fuel pickup in the tank, or the filter is nearly
blocked, running for 2-3 mins could completely block it off. Waiting for a
few seconds, some crap settles and drops off, re-openeing the passage for
fuel. Starting it immediately sucks up the crud and blocks again. Wait
over night and lots precipitates off. Thus allowing the longer run time on
a cold start befor cloging up again. Add a "tee" comnnector into the fuel
line and check fuel pressure.
