Factory is 7, but Tom Walter recommends the 4 psi cap to keep the heater
core from buling/blowing.
If you don't live or run the car at high altitudes where the extra 3 lbs
of pressure are needed to keep the water from boiling, I'd go with the 4
lb cap.
