Looking for a translator

I probably should have been more specific, the translator web pages are not up
to the task as the manual I have is in hiragana, katakana, and kanji.  Nothing
is written Roman style.  Pasting scanned copies of the manual to web page
translators turned out to be fruitless, so that is why I turned to the list.
Even with our technology, some things appear to still need a human.
