Ignition Switch removal

Group, what is the easiest way to remove the ignition switch on
a 68 1600. Mine doesn't seem to work to well anymore, need to
find out whether a re-keying or a new switch is in order. It  has slowly
been getting worse and worse, every once in a while the key will turn.
I was trying to think of it as a security device....not.
