As far as I know you should be able to. When jacking up a car (or in this case, truck) you are only lifting approximately half of the weight of the vehicle at a time. Less than 2 tons. Same goes for the stands. Each stand is only holding approximately a 1/4 of the weight of the vehicle. I believe if stands are rated at say 3 tons, it's usually for a pair.
