2L motor into 1966 body questions

HI All, questions on any gotcha's for putting a 2L with 5 spd in to a 1966 body 
and frame?
The only real thing that is different is the trany mount. I am going to do some 
measuring of the 2 motors  (1600 vs 2000) tonight to see how closely they line 
up. Any advice would be great.
