part number help needed

I have the parts book, so that is not the issue.  The confusion of the book
is.  I need to know if anyone can tell me what the part number for the oil cap
with the tower and vent tube (from the early 1600s/late 1500s) would be.  I
have found several part numbers, but cannot figure out which is correct due to
the wonderful information in the parts book.
