Hello,
I would say go for the trip in the Roadster. As long as the car is running
well you will not feel the pains of heat and road noise. I took my 2000 from
SF to Albuquerque and broke down twice. It was still all good and a memory
that I will never forget.
After that trip I was inspired to make this Emergency List.
