Daryl,
You can use a large Oklahoma socket to bend the seat rails straight. The
metal is really fairly soft.
I used an angle grinder to take the pins off of the rails.
If I get ambitious I will get floorpan drill layouts for the left and right
side posted on my tech page.
I also found it useful to push the bottom metal on the Miata seat slightly
concave to keep it from rubbing on the floor.
