If Road Atlanta does not pan out

Let me start by saying that I do want to and will try to make Road Atlanta, but 
I have a question.  If that does not come to pass, I have heard that there will 
be Roadsters racing at Roebling Road in Savannah in an SCCA race.  Is this 
true?  If so, how can I get in there?  I may be able to get away for a half of 
a day if a weekend goes up in smoke.   Just a thought.
