Attention: Car Collectors and Street Rod builders who have projects
sitting on your property! Assemblyman Dennis Mountjoy has introduced AB
789, which exempts a vehicle from local public nuisance ordinances if it
is in an enclosed building, or is legally parked on private property and
not readily in view of the public (behind a fence or in a fenced-in back
yard). Many people are having their collector cars towed off by cities
and towns throughout California using local public nuisance ordinances.
Assemblyman Dennis Mountjoy is asking for letters of support for AB 789.
