Yes. Example: 500 cc cylinder (swept volume) and
50 cc combustion chamber + gasket etc. (unswept volume)
500 cc + 50 cc / 50 cc = 11.0:1 CR
Another example
500 cc + 60 cc / 60 cc = 9.33:1 CR
And so on...
