Rotor Diameter for Volvo brakes

List,

I am dropping a pair of rotors off on Monday to have the diameters machined to 
fit Volvo calipers.
http://311s.org/tech/brakes/volvobrakes.html says to take 1/16" off.  But, I 
measured one rotor diameter at 11 1/8" and
the other at 11 3/16"  (both still have a cast surface at the outer edge)

So, is there a final diameter I should shoot for?  I'm thinking I'll bring both 
down to 11 1/16" but figured I'd ask
first.
