OK all, I think I may win the prize on the Aussie 1600. It isn't a 1600 at
all. The trunklid marks it as a pre 65 1500. If you look at the shifter
mounting plate and the dash pad shape, they are correct for a 64 or earlier
1500. The VIN also points to that. Soooo.... it appears that someone had a
3 seat 1500 and really liked the later dash style, so they made their own
out of plywood.
So, since Pam appears to be the one expected to provide the prizes for these
things, do I need to post my address to get some cookies? (just ribbing you
Pam!)
