I have not had to turn my rotors, but I don't see why a shop would have
troubles mounting them up. All the disk lathes I have seen have a shaft
that goes through the spindle hole and positions the rotor by pressing
cones against the two bearing races. You may find someone at a different
shop can turn them without any problem.
