information about dash conversion

I'm thinking of putting a flat dash in my high windshield 69 2000. I was 
wondering what's involved in doing this. Will the radio console below 
the dash change out as well? Also, is there anyone who has a decent 
low-windshield dash that they would be willing to part with for 
reasonable $?  All information would be greatly appreciated.
