Map light lens and outside door handles

Greetings from the southeast where we are having a cold winter!
 
First, does anyone have a good map light lens for a '69 that they would like
to part with?
 
Second, does anyone know if the outside door handles from a 1970 240Z
interchange with the handles on a '69 2000?
