I have a pretty slick looking and very functional bulletin board up and
running on the 311s.org site. For the nay sayers I am not trying to compete
with the list but adding to our available resources. If you choose to use it
thank you. If not, nothing gained nothing lost. It has a lot of potential
but we will just have to wait and see what happens with it. The link is
