If there is compression in 2 and 3, you may have a large vacuum leak that is 
close to those cylinders. Check compression first. There is a small chance 
that the headgasket is blown between those cylinders. This is harder to 
detect but if both cylinders are low on compression, the head has to come off 
anyhow.
