For all:
Sometimes, in these times of NLA parts,
even from our traditional suppliers,
wierd but good things happen.
I am waiting on a new clutch slave and
hose from one of our Roadster suppliers,
but was at Advance Auto buying tunup stuff
for one of my "normal" vehicles. I asked
about a clutch slave rebuild, and the computer
listed a Datsun 1600. I bought it, $6.99,
and its the right stuff, only took 2 days
to get there. I have the 5spd,
and the slave I think is a little differant,
but the guts inside must be the same.
3/4 inch piston with a rubber seal, and the
dust boot for the outside.
