1970 2000 engine and 5 spd tran

Hi,   have a question?
i have a 1600 4 spd restoring off frame,  have found a 2000 and 5 spd from a
70 car ,  what can i build the engine to in hp i believe it has 135 compared
to my 95 hp    without major $$$$$
