For all:
When originally doing my car, I put redline MT90 in
the tranny and redline 90 in the diff. Its great stuff,
made the synchros come back to life. Probably as
they say, less power loss as well. THats the good
part.
The bad part is the redline leaked out the front
seal of my tranny and scuzzed up the clutch.
It also started leaking out of a rear wheel seal.
So, this last spring when I finally got the tranny
rebuilt, I put good quality regular gear oil
in the tranny and diff. Both leaks went away,
although the tranny leak might sure have
quite due to all the new seals.
Bottom line, great stuff, but watch for leaks.
