Although there are a LOT of nasty virulent things out there, this isn't one
of them - its one of thevirus related hoaxes that are almost as bad.
See http://www.sarc.com/avcenter/venc/data/jdbgmgr.exe.file.hoax.html
It usually a good idea to do some quick searching either on a quoted subject
of file name when considering an action recommended by an email that
references a virus. Some of the most recent strains of KLEZ even masquerade
for a fix for KLEZ. The symantec SARC site is a wealth of info as is
www.snopes.com section on viruses and hoaxes.
