The seats should be no big deal.  You may have to
drill new holes.  I assume you have the rails and all.
 

BTW, 190 is not that bad.  If it goes no higher,
you'll be fine.  It is a transplanted 1600, right? 
185 to 190 is par for the course.  If it spikes
however, think head gasket.....eliminate all easy
stuff first, but...  Just watch the gauge.
