Those are going to be hard to find! In fact I
searched high and low for small whitewalls to fit
stock (well the late model 4.5") rims, and I came up
short. I ended up putting a larger tire than I wanted
on it but I'm pretty pleased with them. They are
185/70X14 Yokahama's bought at tirerack.com. They did
not have the 175/70X14 size, which I wanted, in any
brand with a small white wall. (and I looked
everywhere) Go figure. That may not be true today. I
think the 175/70 is ideal for 4.5 rims. If you still
have the '66 rims which are 4", you may consider a
165/75X14 if you can find it (or even a 155Rx14).
Just my opinion. I too like the retro look of the
white walls with the stock rims and hub caps.
