OT - Home made Jet engines

Hi All
Quite some time ago someone posted some links to guys who make small 
jet engines using old automotive turbochargers. Does anyone still have 
the links? I think there was a turbocharged beer cooler as well (from 
some guy in New Zealand) which I also want to re-locate.
