Grant Steering Wheel

Has anyone installed a Grant steering wheel on their low windshield 
roadster, using adapter kit #4581? Did you hook up the horn? This kit sucks, 
it is not a direct replacemnt and seems to work only for the high winshield 
cars. Help.
