Have you checked the float level? It is critical to making an SU perform
properly. If the needle and nozzle check out about the only thing left is a
low level in the bowl. Either the float level or lack of fuel being
delivered to the bowl. There is a very fine strainer in the banjo fitting.
The float valve can get stuck or clogged as well.
