well it was mentioned that timing would be off if I had run on. so I checked
it. it was off. this is the 3rd time I have had to set it since I began
trying to adjust the carbs yesterday. is there some reason why it would be
changing? the distributor is tight. in fact I just had to stop because I
snapped the rough adjustment screw off tightening it. I did not put that
much pressure on it. at least I do not think I did. this is the second screw
by the way. so I will pull it and yank the screw. guess ill have to find a
titanium one somewhere. with that said, so long as I don't turn the engine
over all I should have to do it drop the dizzy right back in where it was?
