Crawl under the dash, locate, unscrew, and replace the flasher.
It's bad. Frizzled. Kaput.
The emergency flashers work because... there's TWO flashers, one
for the turn signals and one for the 4-way. Your emergency flasher is
OK.
The original Nissan units have a screw-mount tang. Don't be fooled,
you can use any replacement (I recommend a 'heavy duty' because
the flash rate is more constant and if you burn out one bulb the others
continue to flash. Or I can sell you a genuine Nissan one for $295 :-) )
