Ken,
The 67.5 VIN is etched (badly) on the driver side frame just forward of the
carbs and motor mount location. Other than the VIN plate that is it. Don't
think they put the vin on the dash until 69-70.
This brought up the the thread that a 67.5 SPL frame with a 2 liter motor
and 5 speed tranny is mechanically identical to a 67.5 2000. Only idiots
like myself care that the frame number matches the Vin plate.
