Chris is right. We got and extra 6K out of the lady's insurance after she
rear ended my wife. Minor bender. Just come in with lots of documentation
and hold your neck:) Actually they expect it and this was their offer to
settle.

First of all, glad your OK. However - I don't think that's strong enough
language. Second - I applaud your strength as obviously you are not behind
bars for harming another individual. In case you haven't thought of it, and
considering the history of your car, do not forget to include the component
of diminished value. As you know you are the owner of a "PERFECT" classic
which is well documented and I say that respectfully. In a way it is
similar to a malpractice case where you are establish a value for "pain and
suffering". Somewhat of a stretch analogy wise for a jury of our peers, but
easily understood by most on this list. Please fight for a fair, but
equitable settlement. Good luck!
