Distributor swap question

I pulled my broke U20, B cam, Solex, header engine and am installing a spare
1600 until the U20 is fixed. Everything is going fine except for the
distributor. The U20 had a electronic swap done which means I can't just
hookup the wiring to the 1600 distributor.

Questions is: Can I swap out the distributor from the U20 and drop it into the
1600? I
