I've heard the same story way too many times about body shops.  - Dealt with 
MANY of them in my years behind the parts counter.

Proof that this really is a "universal stereo-type" of the fly-by-night 
body-shop. - It knows no borders !!! 

(guys who run ligit body shops- no flames please... you know about the guys 
who make that bad reputation!)
