Here in AZ, they have for all intensive purposes closed the forests to camping
and such. A friend with property in northern AZ pulled off to a side road to
use his cell phone and the ranger wouldn't even let him finish his call.
Everybody is waiting for "monsoon" which is a mixed blessing of
thunder/lightening and showers or cloudburst.. We all have our fingers crossed
that the idiot that used the forest closed sign to light his campfire with
doesn't get out or have any relatives that lived.
