Hey All,
I was down at Classic Datsun Motorsports today to meet Craig Halsted and of
course to check out what was going on Les's shop when I happened upon a car
that had Libre Rims on them with what looked to be black rubber center caps
with a Nissan Logo.
The center caps that came with my Libres are the 2.25" diamter center hole
and the American Racing caps that I got with them had seen better days.
Plus, they are plastic and the tabs on them are not very durable as many of
us who own Libres know.
Well, these fit like a glove. The tabs are stiff rubber and I like the fact
they are black as that is what the color of my car will be. I intend to
cover the Nissan logo with a Datsun sticker to make them look as original as
I can.
Call me a shill, but Les has them in stock and they fit and they look great.
They were also affordable and that is a good thing. For those of you out
there that have these rims, these would be a good alternative.
