Hello Everyone, Actually, It looks like I had the right bearing all along.
I talked w/ Ross at Sports Imports and found out that I had the wrong throw
out bearing retainer. Mine had some hard black plastic or bakeolite
material on it. The retainer fit fine on the main drive shaft but its
outside diameter was a few millimeters to small. It appears that a previous
owner had replaced the bearing et al w/ something from a 510 or 610(?). The
odd thing is that the retainer actually had the correct bearing # for my
2000cc-5 speed combination stamped right on the bakeolite. Wierd! I just
hope my clutch fork is correct one. There are absolutely no markings on it.
