My Solex 2000 ran 10.356 at 65.519mph in the 8th mile.
It had 513:1 gears with a posi and 9" wide BFG G-Force T/A race tires at the
time. Weight was about 2300 lbs with driver. I suspect that a Solex 2000
in stock trim would have been quite a bit slower. (skinny tires, 390 open
diff, 100 lbs heavier, etc...)
