tires/battery

Will 185/70/14 tires fit without modifcation to the sheetmetal? (Widened stock
rims)

also I have a FREE UAP 51 series battery (450 CCA)  If someone needs it
locally. It is about three years old & seems in good condition. I replaced it
when I was having starting problems & couldn't take the new one back because
it took over a week to sort out the problem.(Bad connection at  ammeter
fuse.)
