I was once told that the case was different in it's reinforcement ribs. The
Servo had "Belts" and the Warner had "Belts" with "X's" running through
them. But, Since then, I've been told that this is not always correct.

No. You have to open it up and look

Servo first followed by B-W. However they would mix them during the
production run. Plus they might get swapped out during the life of the car.
