Hey folks, The parking brake rod for the left drum (the long one) has snapped on my early 67 1600. I have a few options, welding, replacing with another old one, or fabricating one. Any advice? I am driving the car to Tucson on Friday (Pima Air Museum) and was giving her a checkup. Darn reverse plug is leaking on me again.... I guess it is time to really plug that hole and wait until the next engine pull to fix 'er. Ryan Bird 67 1600 www.azroc.org/ryan /// datsun-roadsters@autox.team.net mailing list |
