Allen, there is a place here in Tacoma that did my speedo and tach when they
were doing the same thing.  You may need a donor for parts, but they will be
able to tell you that.  They did a good job at a reasonable price:  Tacoma
Speedometer & Instrument Inc, 253 582-3890
