Conversion comparison update (www.jheinc.com/datsun/)

Thanks to people who have helped me out with a few things. Keep 'em
coming.... I'm trying to make it good enough so next new guy that is
interested can just start there to make an informed decision.

I added more pushrod 2-liter info (thanks datsunmike) and corrected a couple
other things about the KA24 (thanks Mark Dent).
