On heads that haven't been cut too much you can use flat tops otherwise it
may be better to use the dished ones to keep compression manageable.

No to the 1600 domes as their wrist pin location is different but anything
is possible with enough $$ and guts. I heard 2L racers use them to get the
compression up.
