Subject: <FS> For Sale: Ultimate '70 Datsun 510
For all you guys who are looking to add the ultimate 510 to your stable,
here it is. This is one of the most well known and unique 510s in the
world. It has been known as "The Strutless Wonder" due to custom dual
alumium A-arm suspension. The car has also won awards at the Datsun
Convention at Shasta and is a hillclimb record holder. With 325 HP /
375 ft. lbs torque, it is one mean machine. It is a very nice driver
and a performer on the track. Here is a link that shows a few pictures
of the car. http://www.datsuns.com/savage/ The only difference is that
the roll cage and front suspension tubing is no longer white but painted
black. The car has original (831 white) paint (fenders have new paint),
has no rust and has never been wrecked. The trunk and engine
compartment are gray, so even a color change would be fairly easy. I
thought I'd pass this info along to you guys, as I'd prefer to sell the
car privately, instead of putting it on Ebay. (which is still a
possibility) I'll be working out the details this weekend, so pass
along the info to anyone you think might be interested in this car and
email me directly. I'll be glad to answer any questions. The car will
be sold to the person with the best offer.
